She has worked for national nonprofit Everyday Democracy to local organizations such as Achieve Hartford and Hartford Public Access Television, among other places. She has been involved in multiple political and issue campaigns where she experienced the importance of authentic community engagement, advocacy, and coalition building.

She founded McCauley Creative Consulting Group to follow her passion for helping nonprofits, entrepreneurs, and small business owners unlock creative and strategic solutions that extend the reach of their story and meaningfully engage with audiences.
